At our yoga retreats in Crete we take a holistic approach to wellbeing, focusing on the unity of mind, body and spirit.

Our programs are for you if you enjoy the daily physical yoga practice (Asana) and want to go beyond it. If you want to learn and explore more about the various other parts of traditional yoga. These include meditation, philosophy, mantra chanting and (self-) study.

Throughout your stay, you will have the opportunity to deepen your practice with daily traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and occasionally explore themed Vinyasa Flows. You will also be able to explore the calming effects of Yin Yoga and various meditation techniques. Choose your stay from 6 nights days to a month depending on your needs and availability.

Our yoga center is in Plaka, a serene village in Apokoronas, Crete. The village exudes an irresistible charm with its narrow cobblestone streets, draped in vibrant bougainvillaea, leading to an azure shoreline. Nestled in the region of Chania, the interplay of history and nature weaves a tapestry of beauty that captures the heart of every visitor.

Yoga Asana Practice on 5 mornings/week, led by our experienced and certified yoga instructors, our yoga classes cater to all levels of experience.

Meditation and Mindfulness on 5 days/week, discover the power of stillness and presence through guided meditation and mindfulness sessions. These practices will help you cultivate a sense of inner calm and clarity.

Nourishing Cuisine, brunch and dinner on 5 days/week, delight your taste buds with our delicious and healthy vegetarian & vegan meals. We prioritize using locally sourced, organic ingredients to nourish your body and soul.

Workshops and Seminars on 2 days/week, enhance your knowledge of yoga and more through engaging workshops and seminars. Topics may include Thai yoga massage, Yoga philosophy, and mantra chanting.

Free Time for Reflection, embrace moments of solitude and contemplation during your free time. Journal, read a book or two out of our well selected library, or simply relax in a hammock amidst the sounds of nature.

Nature Walks and Excursions, immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding nature with (guided) nature walks and excursions. Connect with the earth and find inspiration in the simplicity of the natural world.
